Technetix Group Ltd is delighted to announce the acquisition of the broadband equipment business of ECAD GmbH; the new entity will be known as ECAD Communications, a division of Technetix GmbH. We are excited about the opportunities this will create for our employees, customers and suppliers, as Technetix leverages its extensive European platform to offer an even broader range of innovative product solutions and support. Technetix will merge the ECAD cable business into its existing operations to create a company focused and in-tune with your requirements – now and into the future.
Technetix has acquired the full range of ECAD products sold in the broadband sector business, including the FTTH range.
